  1. Can I place an order by phone?

Sure you can! Simply call +971 4 452 4326 or +971 52 368 6889 Sunday to Thursday from 9:00 a.m. till 6:00 p.m.

 

  1. Do I need to register to place an order?

Yes! By creating an account with Preciosa Boutique your details will be saved and that will make your purchases easier and quicker. Using your login username & password, you don’t need to enter your address and other information, which will save you lots of time. Your wish list will also store all items which were added so your order will be ready whenever you are!

 

  1. How can I choose the right size?

To find the right size, refer to the Size Guide link to find out the International Size Conversion Chart. For further assistance please call us at +971 4 452 4326, Sunday through Thursday from 9:00 a.m. till 6:00 p.m., you can also email us info@preciosaboutique.ae.

 

  1. How long do I need to wait to receive my order?

It will depend on your country of residence, most orders are shipped the same day and arrived within 2 days of dispatch, to get more info please visit our Shipping Section.

 

  1. How is the delivery process?
  • Preciosa Boutique will process and ship your order within 24hs of receiving it.
  • Once the order has been dispatched, a tracking code will be sent to your registered email address.
  • Courier will contact you to your telephone number to confirm delivery time.
  • Package will be delivered at the arranged time and a signature will be required upon receipt of goods
  • If the delivery is not possible (customer don't answer phone, not available, etc.), then the courier will attempt twice again in the following days before returning the goods to our team.
  • In this case of failed delivery, our team will contact you and offer you pick up or schedule a new delivery.

 

  1. I 've received my orders, but some items, are not my size, how do I exchange them?

To return or exchange an item is very easy, please refer to our Returns & Exchanges page for more info.

 

  1. Can I cancel my order?

After you placed an order with Preciosa Boutique, you will receive an order acknowledgement, mentioning the exact details of the order, payments reference and total value of the order that will be debited from your credit card. Note that this is not an order confirmation from Preciosa Boutique. At this stage your order may be canceled by contacting our customer service.  You can cancel your order until you have received a notification e-mail that the items have been dispatched and sent to the items to the address specified earlier.
